Just an Ordinary Girl…

This is what I am – or at least what I perceive myself to be. Until I realized I can and I do make a difference to people's lives.

I am a mother of 3 fantastic children who are now off finding their own way in life.   Even though I started my personal training career late, I’ve always been active. I remember throughout my childhood we rode bikes everywhere.  I was a dancer for many years, then later I was part of the 80’s lycra aerobic tribe!

Like most people I’ve been through ups and downs. I’ve had my own struggles but for me exercise was always a constant – a way to lose myself for an hour or so a day to do something good and positive for my body and mind.

Life happens, many ups and downs, unforeseen events, broken dreams and loss. Sometimes these changes are not what we want for ourselves and we don’t know how to get back. All of this can be a trigger for change.

Most people are afraid of change and of being uncomfortable, we like to feel safe and secure. Even though we don’t necessarily like what we are, it’s familiar. I encourage you to take a leap of faith to trust me to help guide you. Yes, I will push you. I will challenge you and make you uncomfortable. But I promise you will be amazed at your own strength.

We are all human and will always find excuses to not workout today, to start healthy eating next  week. Having a coach keeps you accountable and on track. We start right now. Today. No excuses. The hardest part is this, taking the first step to a healthier version of you. Let me know what you want to change, and I’ll tell you how to make it happen.
