I have found that shorter workouts 3x a week over Zoom have been a great way to stay consistent. There is no travel time and zero dread about having to work out. It’s been a huge game changer for me! We began with a goal of general fitness and weight loss and she was able to help me reach my goals in a way that felt completely manageable. I recently suffered a back injury. “What began as a "lets get in shape" effort almost ten years ago has turned into something much more meaningful! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we show up for a unique, hour long workout that is sure to challenge, working all parts of the body. Even when you don't feel like getting "up and at 'em", when the hour is over you're so glad you pushed through! We all have different goals, some are trying to tone, some lose weight, some maintain to enjoy the food and beverages we love. There's no judging, we all do our best and encourage each other.We've had spouses, kids, friends also join us and Nicky is able to modify the workout as needed, depending on level of ability and even the every now and then ache and pain we all experience.”
